Time for Furnace Maintenance

This week I'll be finally getting down to clean out Mrs. Johnson's air ducts, put a new battery in her thermostat and change the furnace filter. Sounds easy? Well, it is for most people...but I'm not most people.

I thought it was a great time of year to walk through some general preventative maintenance if you have a forced air furnace....well...what not to do probably.
