Alright crew,
Welcome to Thursday’s Job Box Safety Meeting.
Today’s topic: Breaks.
According to professionals, breaks should be scheduled, timed properly, and used to rest and recover.
But according to Hammered Handyman field testing, breaks work a little differently.

There are only three approved break types:
1️⃣ Pre-break (before you really get going)
2️⃣ Mid-break (after doing one thing)
3️⃣ End-of-day break (starts around 1:30)
Now some guys track time, stay productive, and follow schedules.
But around here we operate on a system called:
“I’ll just sit down for a second.”
Which somehow turns into 20 minutes and a full conversation about nothing.
And if the boss shows up…
You immediately grab something and say:
“Just figuring this out.”
Remember:
If you’re holding a tool…
You’re technically working.
We’re lowering expectations… one project at a time.
Stay safe out there.

P.S. If you lean on a shovel long enough…
it becomes a support system.
