Order Fulfillment Method

We use a dropshipping and print-on-demand fulfillment model for our products.

This means that products sold on this website are manufactured, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. We do not keep physical inventory or handle products directly.

All items are made to order.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time includes order verification, production (if applicable), and handoff to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, and destination. Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may:

  • Be fulfilled by different suppliers

  • Ship separately

  • Arrive in multiple packages at different times

This is normal for print-on-demand and dropship orders.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. In some cases, tracking updates may appear after the package has entered the carrier’s system.


Product Variations

Because items are fulfilled by third-party partners:

  • Packaging may vary

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or print placement may occur

  • Mockups are for reference only and may not represent the final product exactly


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or size exchanges.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item at no additional cost.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
